Get to Know Elliott
Elliott has his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northern Kentucky University, a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling and is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. He joined the Foundations team of therapists in 2022, where he specializes in helping veterans and first responders through counseling methods. Having served in the United States Marine Corps, Elliott has extensive firsthand knowledge of how to support those who have served their country. With his military background, he understands the need for people to be able to work through their traumas, both past and current. His past work experience includes working at Beckett Springs Help for Heroes Program and New Journey Counseling.
Elliott focuses on using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and works to build a strong rapport to ensure trust and confidence. He is best suited for individuals who are interested in proactive treatment that builds both coping skills and processing problems in a collaborative manner.
When Elliott is not at work, he enjoys swimming, spending time with his daughters and reading comics. He has even met Wonder Woman, Lynda Carter. Elliott also likes to stay up to date with the most recent books and writing pieces in the world of mental health.
