Get to Know Bryan
Bryan is driven by a simple but powerful belief: everyone deserves to live a life that truly fits them. As a Counselor Trainee currently completing his Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Wright State University (Class of 2026), he brings both heart and hands-on experience to his work with clients navigating life’s challenges.
Bryan’s professional background includes serving as a Case Manager for individuals with severe mental health challenges, helping them build the skills needed for independent living. He has also worked closely with children on the autism spectrum, supporting them in developing essential life and coping strategies. These experiences have shaped his compassionate, practical approach to therapy—one that honors where clients are while gently challenging them toward where they want to be.
At the core of Bryan’s work is the belief that healing begins with being truly heard. He leads with empathy and active listening, creating a safe space where clients feel seen and understood. Using a Person-Centered foundation, Bryan builds strong therapeutic relationships before integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) techniques. Together, these approaches help clients recognize and shift the negative or “stuck” thinking patterns that may be keeping them from the lifestyle they deserve.
Bryan specializes in working with adolescents and adults who are ready to make meaningful changes. He is particularly skilled in addressing anxiety and mood disorders, ADHD, substance use, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the development of daily coping and stress management skills.
Outside the counseling room, Bryan is an active, outdoorsy person who believes in staying connected to the world around him. You’ll often find him hiking, camping, playing disc golf, or competing on the pickleball court. A dedicated sports fan, he follows everything from football and basketball to college wrestling. Bryan comes from a large, close-knit family—fun fact: he’s a triplet—and spends much of his free time with his two dogs, Buddy and Jovie. He also loves the creative challenge of cooking without a recipe, listening to country music, and getting lost in one of novels in the Jack Reacher Series by Lee Child.
Bryan’s greatest joy in this work is walking alongside clients as they discover their own strength and potential. He’s honored to be part of that journey—and ready to help you build the life that’s right for you.
