Brian is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and has had experience in a preschool setting and support staff for Cornerstone Counseling before joining the Foundations Counseling team. Brian’s style and technique best match with young adults navigating the ever-changing progressions of life and learning to adjust to new circumstances. He also works well with individuals who struggle with anxiety and depression to help encourage motivation and find meaning. Brian’s passion for counseling and providing others with the help they need to be their best comes from his general interest in personality and how it is formed and changes throughout individuals' lives. He is also a generally curious person who appreciates discovering why people act the way they act and working with them to overcome obstacles in their lives.
Having a passion for games, Brian enjoys playing and learning new board games and billiards, specifically 8-ball. Brian enjoys listening to podcasts and would suggest the Hidden Brain Podcast, which focuses on exploring the unconscious patterns that drive human behavior.
