
Meet Randee McArdle, LISW-S
Randee is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-S) who specializes in the treatment of adults experiencing concerns surrounding eating and food difficulties, body image, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, family issues, personal identity exploration, and life-stage adjustment. Randee offers therapy from a client-centered approach that is inclusive, identify-affirming, and sees each person as the expert of their own life experience. She believes in the personal strengths and resiliency of each individual and hopes to support them in finding the inner and outer resources they may need to build their best life. She utilizes cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, and dialectical behavioral therapy approaches.
Randee graduated from Tufts University with her Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and graduated from the State University of New York at Albany with her Master’s Degree in Social Work. She has worked in the field of social work for over 15 years and continues to be inspired by the potential for personal healing and growth.
