Her methodology ensures a tailored therapy experience, emphasizing trust, empathy, and a judgment-free environment where clients can share their life experiences and goals.

Paula’s journey into therapy was inspired by her role as a caregiver for her parents and the loss of a dear friend, sparking a passion for advocacy. Married with four children and two sweet lab mixes named Max & Ruby, Paula’s personal life revolves around family, baking, outdoor activities, and cheering on her teens in various sports.

Currently reading “Too Perfect, When Being in Control Gets Out of Control,” Paula’s commitment to lifelong learning reflects her diverse interests. Outside of counseling, she channels her passion for serving others into founding a random act of kindness group and initiating a free afterschool dance program for students that fosters confidence, self-esteem, and discipline through the joy of movement. Paula is dedicated to walking alongside individuals during their toughest days and facilitating their success.
